Camera/jetting found blockage and separated pipe. Jetted main line beneath house. Replaced black pipe and fernco's with sch. 40 pvc. Found 1/4" copper compression tee leaking. Shut water down at angle stop and removed leaking section of 1/4" copper soft. Installed new soft copper line with fittings and tested. Works ok, no leaks. Temporarily fixed the button on the pre-rinse spray unit. Shower faucet is leaking and no hot water in unit b. Rebuild shaver faucet. Replace inside washers and nuts.
Isolated stoppage. Cabled line multiple times to clear blockage. Not able to warranty due to condition of pipe. Camera revealed severe root intrusion. Electronic locating equipment found issue to be on west side of house. Excavated approximately 2'-3' deep and 5 feet long through heavily root filled soil. Cut out existing root intruded section. Installed sch. 40 pvc with cleanout and riser. Bed pipe and compact soil. Raised to grade. Kitchen stoppage in unit #517. Ran 60' of jetter vtr cleared stoppage. Ran camera to confirm line was clear Installed a 50 gal. Water heater in garage. Repaired toilet flush handle. Snake out house from roof vent. Pulled toilet.
Removed 6" section of 3/4" copper, removed 6" section and 3/4" tee. Cut out 1/2" section, 6" of shower riser. Replaced using cpvc 3/4" and 1/2" plus 3 shark bites. Replace fill valve and flapper Installed dish washer with new supply line, also had to unclog 90 due to silicone being used on it and it cannot be removed. Recommend replacing broken gate valve.
Snake main line from clean out to septic tank. Remove water closet and clear main line blockage. Televise and electronic locate. Kitchen sink stoppage 7309 #118. Cleared kitchen stoppage through primary and secondary drain lines on both sides of sink.
Had to shut down both hot and cold water supply. Found leak at 2" x 1" tee (copper) removed and replaced with pro press fittings. Unable to solder because of residual drip. Top out setting of all toilets, trims, faucets, and trim kits.
Unit 106 building 6414 back up. Pull toilet in master bath. Clear obstruction and camera line. Found break in cast iron under kitchen floor. Excavate through concrete to gain access to sanitary and break. Replace sanitary wye and section of 4" with sch. 40 pvc, back fill, recement, and haul away debris. 6412 unit 125. Ran 150' of jetter through vent and cleared stoppage. Ran camera to confirm line is clear.
Hydro-jetted through clean outs in driveway. Jetted both upstream and downstream. Multiple passes made to clean all debris from pipe. Heavy grease buildup with residual gravel from construction crews. Post camera inspection revealed sewer clean and free of debris buildup. Replaced cleanout cap which had threads that had been stripped with new cap. Snaked mainline from outside cleanout. Pulled back feminine products and severe paper buildup.
Jetted main line from roof stack, cleared out line. Camera main line, inlet does not appear to be grouted in. Cabled main line via main stack. Replacement and installation of 40 gallon hot water heater Mainline stoppage. Cabled and camera line. Camera revealed multiple root intrusions. 3/4" copper pipe is leaking. Repair 3/4" copper pipe under house.
Cable & camera work. Cabled line & was unable to clear due to a broken pipe. Camera revealed root intrusion at break in line approximately 55' upstream located line with electronic line locating equipment. Excavated trench where repair was to be made through severely root infiltrated soil. Removed landscape pavers. Cut out broken section of pipe, and disposed of offsite. Installed new sch. 40 pvc pipe and installed cleanout at point of repair to comply with plumbing codes. Completed soil to bed pipe and backfilled. Raise to grade & replaced pavers.
Cable & camera through cleanout. Opened line & camera revealed multiple points of root intrusion throughout line. Replaced sewer line from foundation of home to upstream grade of sidewalk/easement. Installed sch. 40 pvc (thick wall) pvc to drop @ tap. Installed 2 cleanouts; one @ foundation, and one @ easement. Excavation through extremely heavy root infiltrated soil. Roots were pulled & hauled away. Compacted & bedded soil for pipe. Finish backfill to rough grade.
Pulled water heater back, cut out bad fitting and soldered in new fitting to fix leak. Jetting of main line via septic tank inlet. There was a tight blockage in main line. Drain for condensers and ice machine plugged. Cut pipe under ice machine 3/4" pvc and on vertical. Cleared line with pressure bag. Full of debris. Put back together with compression fittings.
Slab leak. Concrete slab was broken in order to get access to 3/4" copper pipe and make repair. Pin hole was found on pipe. Main line jetting- from cleanout back towards house. Camera main line- found root intrusion. Pipe cost. 31' from clean out cap-separated pipe @ 31'. Camera after cable machine cuts roots out of pipe and run jetter., camera again and found separate pipe.** also found belly 2ft from cleanout approx 6' long
Faucet in kitchen had a ripped gasket and would not flow past drip. Replaced faucet and added braided supply lines. Tested and working properly. Charge to install new basket strainers- hook up traps, new and existing, disposal- connect water lines and discharge from dishwasher. Drain water heater. Remove and install new 40 gallon electric with ball valve and new pan. Made adjustment to waste and overflow to fit whirlpool tub. Removed tub spout 90 deg and shortened pipe.
Toilet, lav. And k-sink leaking. Tighten up nut on continuous waste for kitchen sink. Put new nut and washer on lav in bathroom and tighten nuts and washers on tank to bowl for toilet. Drain for patio backed up. Cable line via drain, unable to open. Camera line to find outlet. Dig up line and install cleanout to find end of drain. Dig up end of line and install new outlet for temporary relief. Cable main sewer line for addition via cleanout. Found roots within 5'. No hot water in guest bathroom shower. Replace moen posi-temp cartridge in guest bathroom shower valve. Tub stoppage. Cabled through shower drain. Cabled through dedicated shower vent and cleared stoppage.
Shut off main water supply. Extremely difficult access to repair site. Leak located directly above cook top vent head near wall. Used harness to traverse steel roof joists and negotiate multiple ventilation and a/c ducts. Removed bad section of copper. Made reconnection with sharkbite fitting.
Toilet from unit 6807 leaking onto ceiling in unit 6805. Pulled toilet in unit 6806. Removed flange assembly. Cut back drywall on ceiling for access. Cut out toilet drain line downstream of 90 degree. Replaced pipe section with sch. 40 pvc. Installed new toilet flange and anchored to floor. Reset toilet with new wax ring and bolts. Cleaned up debris from drywall exposure. Caulked around toilet. Pipe burst approximately 50 feet main sewer line in front yard. Install 2 way clean out @ house 1, tie into 6" city main under drive way . Replace black top. Kitchen stoppage. Ran 100' of 5/8" cable through waste arm and pulled back excessive food. Made under sink adjustment to faucet to correct leak.
Water extraction. Padding removal and disposal. Need to order t & s parts for faucet. Pull and re-set urinal, ran cable thru wastearm. Need to shutoff water to store and installed a new flushvalve. Ran drill thru urinal and was unsuccessfull. Cut open wall and find good piece of copper pipe. Convert to cpvc piping and install new hose bib, secured to wall with new vacuum breaker. Patch wall with cement, no paint or sheetrock will be done.
Leask at brevard hall. Found leak @ 9th floor hot supply 3" had to drain down and solder several times. Also added 3" ball valves as requested .Main line stoppage. Located clean out in rear of building and cabled back towards building.. Pulled toilet for no charge and cabled through floor. Was able to clear stoppage at that point. Reset toilet, installed with new jonni bolts and wax ring. Found main line blockage- jetted main line camera line after jetting- found several bellies and separated pipe (terra cotta pipes) Ran 6' auger thru toilet and pulled hair. Unit 104 building 10 kitchen stoppage. Ran 75' of jetter vtr and cleared stoppage. Ran camera only 40' to confirm line was clear.
Mainline stoppage. Ran cable and camera found lift station in back yard diagnostic check pump failure. 4/10 hp little giant replacement with new float switch and new check valve. New section of pipe to pump line and installed pull rope reset and checked system with camera. Found that system is improperly affixed to 4" main sewer system. Back jetted cable from roof stack to clear. Large clump of paper towels.
Installed customer supplied dishwasher. Hooked up p-trap. Hooked up p-traps to customer supplied lavs.
Main line stoppage. Cable main sewer line via cleanout on back side of building. Camera main sewer line via clean out. Found root intrusion in orangeburg pipe. Recommend replace entire line with sch. 40 pvc with 2 cleanouts ans all tie in. Approx. 70'.
Water showing in master bedroom of unit 701. Cut drywall to expose problem. Waste arm for left hand lav sink is leaking between cabinets. Replace entire waste arm and p-trap from left hand sink to vent stack. Replace chrome p-trap for right hand sink with new pvc trap.
Shower valve malfunction. Cut open access panel in wall to get visual on shower valve. Shut down water to entire building. Install new shower valve delta with trim and install new 1/2" ball valves to each fed for faster service with water off, new cpvc fittings.
Cut 4" pvc under sink with new 4" pvc tee and cleanout to accommodate new plumbing for sink. Install customer supplied garbage disposal with new trap. Install new trap on right side and connect to 4". Install customer supplied basket strainer and new supplies 3/8" to 7/8" compression supply hoses for faucet. Install customer supplied tip toes in upstairs bath tub with new seals and pop up assembly. Installed 3 supply lines for upstairs lavatory sinks. Customer installed himself. Customer had a leak in the upstairs bathroom at the cold side supply for lavatory .
Remove old toilet water lines, cable drain lines thru the closet flange. Replace toilet with new wax rings and bolts. Camera line and try to locate the line to see where it goes and what type of pipe the home has. Major roots in lines. Needs total repipe of sewer drains. Bathroom remodel. Remove old shower stall and plumbing. Remove old vanities and sink tops. Install new plumbing in both showers. Install new tile board in both baths. Install new tile in master bath. Install new vanities and sink tops. Install new trim where needed. Clean up and haul away trash.
Septic pump out and clean tank,. Repaired leak under kitchen sink. Cleared kitchen sink stoppage through roof vent.Water main break in between meter and house. Turned water off for now. Will return 7/01/07 morning to repair water service.
Two kitchen stoppages at unit #122 solano ct. And #102 ensenda ct. Ran jetter through vent and camera to confirm line is clear. Ran jetter through #102 and pulled 3 gal. Bucket of sand. Jetter hose stuck in line. Cut jetter hose and left on roof. Bottom of stack sweep is broken. Will return monday to repair sweep. Building 10 unit 101 kitchen stoppage. Ran jetter through vent and cleared stoppage. Ran camera only 30' to confirm line is clear. Ran 5/8" cable through kitchen upstream and tub overflow. 40 gal. Med. Water heater is leaking in garage. Installed a state 40 gal. Med. Water heater in garage. Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal broken. Installed a single handle faucet with a badger 5 garbage disposal.
Main line stoppage at building 2004 apts. 101-104. Main line stoppage is not covered by warranty due to the location of stoppage. It was between last clean out installed by ddi and city tap. Used harbon drain cleaning technologies. Jetted for four hours requiring two techs. Camera line and revealed line needs to be replaced. Replaced clean out cap.
Leak under sink possibly in wall. Water filtration system leaking. Took apart water filtration system's intake and out going lines. Replaced compression fittings on intake line that was bad. Went through system and tightened all other lines. Checked all pipes for sink and disposal. Tested all and functioning properly. Istall tub with waste 2 overflow. All parts customer supplied Tech cable main sewer via main stack in order to clear clog. 107 feet of cable was used to get to problem. Replaced angle stop and supply line on hot side of kitchen sink. Installed braided steal supply in place of plastic line.
Cabled through cleanout downstream. Cleared blockage and pulled back roots and paper production. Camera reveled root intrusion at two point approximately 20' out. Breaks in pipe are approximate 5' apart Galvanized pipe remains in unit behind bathroom. Pull toilet and cut hole in wall. Replace3 spets that are still galvanized pipe. Install bug proof access panel behind toilet and caulk, reset toilet and grout to floor. New wax and bolt kit included.
Jett main line of home with harben high pressure drain cleaning technologies at 3000psi to remove grease buildup and solid waste deposit. Isolated sink stoppage. Cabled through waste arm after removing under sink drain piping. Cable returned covered in heavy grease with scale particles.reassembled under sink piping and water drained well for over 5 min to test.
Mls/bathroom group branch line. Camera work revealed the only accessible point is via the water closet, by pulling the toilet. Pulled the toilet in hall bath and cabled out 75 feet to clear. Pulled back extreme amounts of baby wipes. Reset the toilet. Mls and stoppage on kitchen sink wash line.
Cabled upstream through cleanout at rear of home and cleared blockage. Camera revealed root intrusion of multiple points. As well as belly in pipe. Approx. 10' of bad pipe under concrete. Cabled through under slab waste arm and remove scale and grease. Reassembled trap and test good. Estimate to replace bad section of main line under slab with concrete replaced.
Removed old toilet and replaced with new pro flow white toilet with new wax ring and bolts. Main line stoppage. Ran 75' of 7/8" cable through two vtr's and cleared stoppage. Dumped w/m twice drained. Water heater not heating. Installed an upper thermostat only. Found emergency shut off valve was leaking at bonnet and on valve itself. Shut water down to house and changed shut off valve and ? (can't read). Tested afterwards, no leaks.
Kitchen sink backed up. Took kitchen trap apart to access waste arm and vent stack was unsuccessful. Used 20' extension ladder to access roof vent stack. Cleared backed up lines. Camera line revealed serious grease build up and scale in lines. Hydro jetting is needed to achieve optimum performance in drains. Will credit back $200.00 from todays invoice if customer has jetting work done within one week.
Called to install ice machine. Connect ice machine and raise ice machine to correct height with cinder blocks. Install pump with auto vent plumbed into 1.5" drain on the wall. Raised ice machine will then drain down gravity style into trap. New everpure water filter system complete will also be installed. Unit flushed, tested, and adjusted.
Leak in front yard under main water supply to house at garage. Excavated an approx. 20" x 24" hole to expose busted elbow pvc @ junction to copper main supply to house. Remove split leaf philodendron from work site to access piping. Replace pvc elbow with new elbow. Back fill work site to grade. Not responsible for tree placement.
Reinstall garbage disposal and reconfigured 1 1/2" tubular pipe to fit. Install new basket strainer in kitchen sink and install hat extension and new flex 1 1/2" tube and ptrap. Install new customer supplied designer kitchen faucet and supply lines.install new angle stop on cold water supply under kitchen sink.
Remove kitchen cabinet, stove- excavate through concrete. Remove 4 section of sanitary line and replace, back fill and concrete. Excavate through side walk way. Remove section of sanitary line. Descale- video and locate connections. Install 3" curve in place liner. 50 year warranty on perma liner material.
Main line stoppage. Cabled mainline with mytana m66 3/8" cable machine through water closet flange. Video inspection shows long belly in line approx. 22 feet holding large amounts of solids waste and brown water. Will require further technician diagnosis by supervising tech to accurately assess and treat for long term solution.
Leak detection leak located inside of wall behind hose bib behind kitchens' exterior wall. Jackhammer used to penetrate concrete block wall enable exposure of pipe. Exposure discovered faulty cpvc fitting at hose bib connection. Repair on pipe cut out existing pipe to vertical riser and attached new 90 degree fitting male adaptor. Installed a new hose bib and anchored to concrete wall. Patched opening with hydraulic cement.
Cable main line stoppage with mytana m661 3/8" cable through water closet flange to clear paper towel and feminine hygiene products. Customer pulled and reset toilet. Water damage mitigation (class iii). Extraction of all standing water and cleanup of debris. Placement of dehumidifier and fans to dry structure, dry wall, baseboard, etc...dry out length determined by monitoring drying progression of affected areas. Cold fog antimicrobial throughout affected areas. Equipment: down -2 dehumidifiers, 7 fans. Up- 2 dehumidifiers, 5 fans.
Rescon found ceiling falling down by elevator 1st floor. Found leaking water heater installed 1980's in unit # 225. Removed water heater and shut off unit to stop the leak, 1-13. Also found leak @ unit # 115-215 water heaters. Water in emergency pans. Had to perform ultrasonic leak detection to confirm the leak was from the water heater or the air conditioning. Found that the leak is coming from 2nd condensation drain into pan. Found leak shut down and ordered parts. Installed temp condensation drains for vaughn hall leak.
